What to include
When you write in, please tell us:
- Your user ID — find it in the app at Settings → Account.
- App version — same screen, bottom row of Settings → Help & Support.
- What happened — what you did, what you expected, what you actually saw.
- A screenshot, if it's a visual bug.
Common requests
- Account help — banned by mistake, can't sign in, want to delete your account, etc.
- Bug reports — something broken, crashing, or behaving weirdly.
- Feature ideas — we'd love to hear them.
- Press / partnerships — use the same email; we'll route it.
